Justin Thompson Trial Attorney

Justin Thompson is a native of Richmond, California. Mr. Thompson joined our firm as an Associate Attorney in 2022. Mr. Thompson was initially drawn to the law because of the inequities he noticed between athletes and the teams and institutions they represent. Once Mr. Thompson reached law school, it was quickly confirmed that these same dynamics were pervasive throughout most minority communities so Mr. Thompson has dedicated his career to using his legal skills to serve these underserved and underrepresented communities.

An alumnus of Morehouse College, Justin holds a Master’s degree from the Allan Bud Selig Sports Law and Business Program at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. As a Presidential Scholar, he earned his J.D. in 2021 from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Justin’s interests include personal injury, labor, and employment litigation. Justin sharpens his legal expertise by staying abreast of cutting-edge legal developments in sports, personal injury, and labor and employment law. In addition, he is passionate about serving as an advocate for his community and amateur and professional athletes.
